Its primary purpose is the meticulous pressing of SMC water tank panels and SMC septic tanks, crafted from high-quality glass fibre reinforced plastic, utilizing precision metal moulds. This series stands tall with its adherence to international advanced standards.
B. Featuring an ingenious cartridge valve integrated system, it promises minimal impact and highly reliable operation. With a prolonged service life and negligible leakage, it also benefits from an automatic lubrication system for the guide rail, a sophisticated technology sourced directly from Taiwan.
C. Our press machine is equipped with a mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration safety device. This includes a lower chamber support for the oil cylinder, ensuring thorough safety with an interlocking circuit between upper and lower chambers, reflecting the state-of-the-art hydraulic technology we have imported from Taiwan.
D. Choose between two advanced technics: pressure setting and stroke (travel) setting. Both options include features like pressure maintaining and a customizable time delay, allowing for precise control and operational flexibility.
E. Easily tailor the working pressure and stroke to your specific technical requirements, ensuring optimal performance within a defined adjustable range.
